Foundation of Omori North America

Having established Omori Europe Ltd. near Liverpool, England in December 2009, we have now established Omori North America Inc. in the State of Ontario, Canada as our base for North America.

Omori North America has been established through our acquisition of 50% of the stock of our North American distributor, “BW Cooney & Associates Inc.”, and becomes our sales base for packaging machines for the whole North America market.
The company will expand the sale of STN-8500 Series, STC Series, and DW-2500N Series Tray Wrappers, of which we have already delivered more than 500 units across North America and will develop sales of our EP-7000 Series, S-5000 Series, Se-5000 Series and M-5000 Series horizontal pillow packaging machines for the general food industry and medical products industry. The company will put efficient packaging lines, integrated solutions, cartoning, and end of line solutions such as corrugated case packing as a proposal for improving overall line efficiencies and competitive advantage.

The establishment of our North American base is a key aspect of our company strategy of Global development, creating quality packaging systems which match the needs and exceed the expectations of users.
In North America, we are selling packaging machines based on our own technological developments, with the backing of a major development resource to provide for the future. We shall contribute to society through developments in product protection, production efficiency and enhanced product presentation.
