Regarding the Acquisition of Shares in Perfect Automation Pty Ltd, Australia
Effective April 2, 2026, we have acquired 50% of the shares in Perfect Automation Pty Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “PA”), our sales distributor in Australia.
PA is a leading automation solutions provider in Australia, with extensive industry knowledge built over many years, and is responsible for the sales and after-sales service of packaging machinery throughout the region. We have a long-standing strategic partnership with PA, and the company has a proven track record of implementing numerous Omori packaging systems, primarily in the food industry.
This acquisition has been undertaken to further expand our service network in the Oceania market and strengthen our global strategy, based on PA’s long-standing and extensive experience and strong local relationships.
Going forward, by more closely integrating PA’s advanced system integration capabilities with our latest packaging technologies, we will accelerate our response to automation and labour-saving needs, as well as our initiatives toward environmentally friendly packaging. This will further strengthen the presence of the Omori Machinery brand in the Oceania market.
